UrbanLeap is seeking a high-energy, ambitious and passionate customer implementation intern. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly-growing company. In this position, you will work closely with our customer success team to conduct advanced research and deliver meaningful and actionable insights to our customers. This role requires outstanding research and project management skills.

 

This is a 4-month internship, approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position if successful.


You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collect strategic information to understand customer needs and objectives
  • Conduct market research to help customers achieve their goals - eg. vendor landscape research, search for solicitation documents issued by other agencies on similar topics, etc...
  • Enter data into company’s CRM and customer’s account
  • Assist with customer’s account implementation - templatizing documents, collecting information to complete account setup, etc...
  • QA/QC customers’ output

We’re looking for:

  • Market research experience
  • Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Passion for local governments 
  • Past experience with the public sector is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and data-focused
  • Clear communicator and writer
  • Take pride in your work and achieving challenging goals
  • Intellectually curious and creative problem-solver
