The Role

We are looking for a reliable Operations Manager to undertake administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO.

As the first administrative role on our team, you’ll be involved in all activities related to our operations, finance, and HR. You’ll be responsible for modernizing our processes, scaling our team’s capabilities, and ensuring that our growing team moves exceptionally fast. 

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Supporting the full employee life cycle, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate team activities (such as offsites & team-building events) 
  • Manage employee reimbursements and payroll 
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Managing the company’s business insurances
  • Managing software subscriptions

We’re looking for:

  • 2 years of experience as an office administrator/operations/HR, etc 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player, with strong time management & prioritization skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to details
  • Experience working in a startup - a big plus
  • Based in the SF bay area - a big plus
