The Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona (TOWN) is the direct recipient of 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Grants on behalf of the Prescott Valley-Prescott Urbanized Area (UZA). The TOWN will begin implementing a brand-new transit service in said UZA and is seeking proposals from qualified, responsive firms to develop a

1) Transit Asset Management Plan (TAM),

2) Civil Rights Program, and a

3) Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP).

The TOWN requests proposals from firms that can provide all three (3) plans/programs. Subcontractors are permissible for this procurement. The plans/programs shall be tailored to the TOWN and shall build upon each other (if/when applicable), while complying with the latest Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and all federal agency guidelines, requirements, and circulars.

The reduced cost to companies will allow them to focus their resources on enhancing and proving their technologies, and deepen ties to Michigan's mobility ecosystem.

Lake Mackintosh Fishing Pier Deck Floor Replacement

The fishing pier at the Lake Mackintosh facility will need all decking board replaced.  This is due to age and wear and tear of the pier.  This project will include replacing all deck boards with composite decking boards and the floor joist will need to be reinforced.  We want to keep all existing handrails but those will need to be removed and reinstalled as deck boards are replaced.  The winning contractor will dispose of all existing decking board.  The total square foot of the project is 1,160.  The deck color is to be a medium gray. Contractor to provide a sample board with desired color.
The work covered by these specifications for the base bid comprises in general the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all operations for construction of the deck at the Lake Mackintosh location  (2704 Huffman Mill Rd, Burlington NC  27215), including site preparation, composite decking, joist reinforcement, Wear Deck, Trex Deck decking or equal to (color medium gray),  removal and disposal of existing deck.
